18-year-old TikToker from Nigeria reveals how he created a Lamborghini replica out of scrap metal

|Published 6:20 PM ET, Friday March 14, 2025|
Eighteen-year-old Nigerian TikToker Ahmad Etsenumhe, known online as ‘Talented Ahmad,’ has garnered significant attention for constructing a functional replica of the Lamborghini Egoista using scrap metal and cardboard. This ambitious project spanned two years and has been showcased on his TikTok account, where he has amassed over 200,000 followers.
Ahmad’s fascination with Lamborghini began in his early teens, drawn to their sleek designs and powerful performance. Lacking formal training, he relied on his innate talent and resourcefulness, sourcing materials by recycling waste items to craft his replicas. The most challenging aspect of the project was replicating the intricate details of the original design with limited resources, requiring meticulous attention and patience.
The public’s response to Ahmad’s creation has been overwhelmingly positive, both online and within his local community. His work has inspired others and sparked interest in similar projects. Currently, Ahmad is developing another replica, this time of a Lamborghini Aventador SV, further demonstrating his dedication and passion for automotive design.
Ahmad’s journey exemplifies how creativity and determination can overcome resource limitations, leading to remarkable achievements that resonate with and inspire a global audience.
